“Element sent promptly, price fair but disappointed that the first element ordered May2020 blew after only 12 months requiring a replacement to be ordered. I hope that was a one off and the replacement last longer.”

“Great fast delivery but not the product I wanted. Went through the process of selecting correct make and model of dishwasher in order to get Cutlery Basket I needed. But the basket that came up on the website did not fit the model it was supposed to.( universal basket was sent that is supposed to fit most models but obviously not the one advertised. Not worth the effort to send back.”

In the product information you will only find the dimensions and a notice to check these dimensions will fit your dishwasher before ordering. “NI Spares were superb. Good price and......unfortunately Parcel Post delivered my order to the wrong address. I had paid for a 1-2 day delivery but did not get the parcel till the 4th day, and this only because the postman knows me and kindly collected the parcel from the wrong address and brought it to me. Such a pity. They let NI Spares down badly.”
