I recieved confirmation immediately and the order arrived a couple of days later. i was informed about the delivery and the time of delivery. I am very pleased with the new filter because the previous one was just hanging togerther by a thread. I am very pleased with the service I recieved. My local store was unable to access a new filter for me.”
