“Very easy company to deal with. NI were very helpful, I messaged them via WhatsApp as I was unsure of the carbon filter I needed for my cooker hood, they advised which I needed so I ordered it. I received the filter but it wasn't compatable, there was a lot of messaging back and forth on WhatsApp with a NI represetative. He said they'd look into why my part wouldn't fit. He came back to me a few days later saying the manufacturer had mislabelled their boxes, so he would send me the correct one with a return label to send the other one back.”

I emailed NI Spares with my query and received a very quick reply from Andrew requesting a photo of the appliance number inside the hood which I sent. Andrew responded again very promply with the relevant information and a link enabling me to order the filter.”
