“My original order of Neff Cooker hood fitters which was delivered on 14 February was faulty as it was leaking carbon granules which had fallen into food that I was cooking. I messaged NISpares on 16 February to explain the fault and I was issued with replacement filters which arrived on 16 February. Very quick & efficient service!,”
