“Disappointing quality control and completely non-existent customer service I ordered a part from NI Spares, but it arrived broken and was clearly a second-hand item. While I understand mistakes happen and a returned part might have slipped past their inspection team without its provenance being checked, their total lack of response is unacceptable.I have sent two emails raising this issue in a reasonable manner, but received no reply. I have also tried calling multiple times, but cannot get through on any of their phone numbers. Even though the item was under £10, it is the principle of being sold broken, used goods and then completely ignored. I cannot recommend buying from a company that refuses to communicate with its customers when things go wrong.”

First, we only sell brand-new appliance parts sourced directly from the manufacturer, we do not and have never stocked or sold second-hand or used spares, ever. Additionally, we have checked our systems thoroughly and have no record of any emails under your name or order details, nor do we have multiple phone lines. We operate a single helpline with our opening hours clearly stated on our website and our voicemail. The ring is very good, is twice as thick as the rubbish copy I had installed before that only lasted 5 months before shorting out. Also this element worked immediately and do not smell of burning chemicals like the last one did for a week. Superb all round quality and service.”
