“Had a couple of questions re new lenses before I sent my own. Fully answered and was quite happy to send for a reglaze of my existing frames. Came back very quickly and very happy with the reglaze, nice and clear to see through and I will be ordering another pair with new frames from NEW LENSES . Very pleased with job and the questions that I asked were fully answered. Would highly recommend.”

“Very happy with the service from Newlenses.co.uk. I wanted a different prescription lens put in my existing frames. The online ordering process was very easy. Newlenses kept me updated on the progress of my order. Within a day of receiving my glasses Newlenses had completed my order and posted them back. I am very happy to have recycled my very expensive frames and given them a new lease of life! I would highly recommend this service. I will be sending off another pair very soon for the same service.”

“I was so pleased with the service I was given. They communicated with me every step of the way and assisted promptly with a query I had. Delivery was extra quick, almost by return of post and my glasses are perfect. Costs were so much cheaper than my local opticians. I will use newlenses again and I highly recommend them.”

“Lenses took 3 weeks to come {instead of the advertised 1-2} and not the shape I asked for and the bridge is crooked so the glasses do not sit level on my face. Can't be bothered sending them back to be corrected too much hassle with postage and waiting another 3 weeks!”

We are very happy to oblige with custom jobs such as this, but please understand that they take a bit longer due to the complexity of the lens manufacturing process. “Everything was really good. I din't realise you could reglaze sunglasses. Was promised a ten % discount for being a first time customer which I didn't get but, apart from that, everything was excellent.”
