“Very efficient and competent customer service. I had an urgent need for new glasses and it was seen yo that I got them within the period of time I requested. The glasses not only look like I expected them to but the lenses are perfect. I would definitely buy my glasses here again.”

“Really bad communication. If expect to be able to speak to someone about my order within / under 30 min. Not days later. Really bad, communication throughout the process. I wont be a returning customer.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of glasses to be 're-glazed' with single vision reading lenses into old frames from Specsavers, which they couldn't re-work for me at a price comparable to New Lenses The glasses were turned around and back to me within 6 working days of my posting them and appear fine, just as I'd ordered I am sufficiently impressed that I have now gone back to New Lenses to have a pair of sunglasses (one lens lost at sea) re-glazed with vari-focals”

“I bought my glasses overseas in Canada. Was delighted that lewlenses offered free postage but I did have to pay $35 to customs to receive them. Not sure if anything can be done about this - maybe mark package as a gift?”

“Was a bit hesitant ordering glasses online but this site was so easy to use and being able to choose exactly what you want and add on extras to your requirements. Was a bit worried about spending too much money on here incase the glassses were not that great, but have to say i am over the moon with them, i found this company great to deal with, good customer services you get exactly what you ask for and great glasses at a fraction of the price ,will deffinately be recommending to others infact i already have done, and almost deffinately i will be coming back here again to order my glasses in the future. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT GOODS THANKYOU”

“Sent my glasses off around 7 weeks ago, to have them come back and them be completely in the wrong sides. The left and the right were mixed up. Sent them back out after a few days of negotiations with the customer service team. Took another 3 weeks for them to come back due to the fact it took 2 weeks to arrive they said. During the time they said they hadn't arrived, they offered me £50 compensation or some cheap glasses off the site. Bareing in mind I'd paid £79.99 from Tkmax. I wasn't happy about this as I felt like they were withholding my glasses. They then said the very next morning they had turned up.. They arrived during the week of that email. They were fine when they arrived but no letter inside apologising about how long it took them.”

As you know, unfortunately the prescription was entered incorrectly on the website when placing your order which led to the lenses being wrong. When returning your glasses for correction, there was a delay with Royal Mail delivering them back to us. Both of these situations were out of our control but we do make every effort to try to resolve these issues as best as possible. “Sent my Oakley Square Wire frames to be perscription glazed. Excellent price & quick service, and much cheaper than buying any 'new' designer perscription glasses. Stick with the frames you already cherish & re-cycle .... it's a no brainer. I highly recommend New Lenses !”
