“Easy to place the order, shame the postal address to send the glasses to wasn't a PO Box number as Hermes didn't like the address and I had to send them using royal mail which was dearer. Person the new lenses were ordered for is more than happy with them.”

“Lenses (rimless) are out of line with each other and cannot be adjusted as they were clearly glued in place. Smears of glue around all connections are also unsightly.”

“Get your prescription from your options and buy your lenses on line. Chose one of their frames or send your own. I've been doing this for years. Boots wanted to charge me £50 to replace lenses in a pair of glasses...... joke. Service at Newlenses is quick - turnover in 3 days..... amazing and even just before Christmas. Cannot recommend them enough.”

“The speed at which the order was completed. From the time I sent them to the time they came back was less than 48 hrs. And that was at xmas time, what more could you ask”

As you know, we are currently dealing with your issue and it may be due to incorrect prescription details sent to us, but of course we will do everything we can to resolve the issue for you.
