“For reasons I don't fully understand,it took three sets of lenses to get the prescription right. But as this was my first online purchase, I was very impressed by your reassurance and determination to get it right. I cannot imagine that you made a profit on my purchase, But I know that you put the customer first.”

“Newlenses were very concerned about the fact that the Designer Frames I sent to them to get lenses replaced, never arrived. Infact, they said I could choose a pair of frames from their website, at no cost, to make up for the lost frames (even though it was the Post Office's fault!). They were very good about checking something on my prescription, and sent the Glasses back promptly. I'd definitely recommend them as a reliable, caring Company.”

“My glasses arrived quite quickly and were as expected . I purchased one of the cheapest pair of glasses that were available as I was unsure of what to expect so didn't want to spend loads , next time I will go for a more expensive pair now that I know I can trust the company .”

“Such good customer service, there was a small glitch on their website that wouldn't allow me to post them to Ireland, sent them an email and they had it sorted quickly and replied to me. I bought 2 pairs of cheap glasses not expecting much but they were perfect quality and well made, would definitely recommend”

“From ordering to delivery, the Newlenses service was great and they answered all of queries that I had promptly. The cost of the lenses was less than half of what I would have paid on from a high street optician for the same lenses.”
