“I found Newlenses on the internet. Called Andrew and discussed what I wanted. He said that was OK. Sent the sunglasses and the lenses were replaced with my prescription. All for £33. I was helped through the process all the way. The service was first rate. I will use Newlenses again and can thoroughly recommend them. Phil Perry”

“I always purchase my designer frames from TKMAX for a fraction of the cost at opticians then send them to newlenses to reglaze. They are so EFFICIENT and so helpful. I emailed support to change my delivery address which they did! Their email response was very quick. The cost for reglazing is next to nothing and they post the glasses back first class signed for. They even send you update emails throughout the process. Second time I have used them now and I couldnt sing their praises loud enough. (My glasses are currently with them now so I may be writing this too early but we will see.)”

“This is the first time I have used their service and I have to say I am very impressed. Their website is clear to follow and understand, and the simple step by step process made it very easy to consider the various options and make a selection. Having made my selection and paid for it via the website I received clear communication telling me what to do next and where to send my glasses. I duly sent them off and received a reply a couple days later to say they had been received (a Saturday). The following day I received a further email telling me my glasses had been reglazed and dispatched back to me. I received them the following day, so less than a week start to finish. The glasses themselves were first class and exactly what I had ordered. Totally painless and superb value, I recommend Newlenses unreservedly.”

“Ordered 3 pairs spectacles using their easy to navigate website and they arrived quickly. Unfortunately 1 pair was not those ordered so they were returned and swiftly replaced. First class customer service from Andy who dealt with the issue.”

“Opted to have glasses re-glazed. Real easy process, simply fill in your prescription online, choose your lense options and post off your frames. Glasses returned to me safe and sound a week later. Very good service and excellent price, saved pounds vs. the high street Would highly recommend. Thanks, Mr James Ellison”

“I am pleased with the quality of the lenses however my frames one brand new and one on first lens change have been stretched so much they fall off my face. As they are designer frames my optician won't fix them. I am gutted and wish I had not used this company.”

“I reviewed the glasses I purchased from Newlenses a few days ago and feel now I was a little hasty in criticising the delivery time. To be fair these glasses were well worth the extra wait because the quality is excellent. I'd only just started wearing them and didn't realise just how good they were and that's why I am reviewing again. So 5 stars and very happy and will be using again.”
