“Excellent service from beginning to end, I would have been charged £273 for suppling my own new frames & lens thickness from the high street highwaymen, New Lenses did it at nearly half the price £153, so guess what n who their new biggest fan & promoter will be? My sister was waiting to see mine arrive & is amazed at the quality & service New Lenses 🤓👏🏾”

“I was impressed at the speed of delivery and at the glasses themselves. However there was a minor disappointment as I had expected a second pair - because of the buy-one-get-one free offer. The information was not very clear about this. A second pair would have been appreciated, even if it came without any of the special coatings on the lens.”

“I am so impressed with this service. I was very anxious, as I'd had an eye test with Vision express, and came away with a prescription that didn't seem right Pre lockdown. I had great communication with Andy, a member of their team, who was brilliant. I felt reassured that I would receive what I needed, & I have. A perfect pair of Bifocals. Huge Thank you.”

“Had my eyetest on eve of lockdown, needed change as had cataract removed. After post problems with delays, got back to speed now and very happy with 3 pairs of new lenses. Positive company to deal with and finished product is good. Thank you New Lenses.”

“I had just spent a fortune getting new glasses from a high street shop, but was not that impressed. I decided to get a back up pair made up from my old frames, and opted for a single vision reading pair and an occupational (computer, music reading etc) pair. What I got was truly amazing. For around £70, I had 2 absolutely bang on optically pairs of glasses in less than a week from when I initially posted them. I think they turned them around in a day! Absolutely amazing. I will be using these guys again, and can unhesitatingly recommend!”

“Every time I’ve asked an optician if they can re glaze my current frames. Which suit my face & are perfectly acceptable condition . They’ve said a big fat No ! Not so with new lenses . They were prompt well packaged & perfect condition and exactly an excellent prescription. Very happy and pleased with my purchase - under £40 for half rimmed re glazed glasses - Perfick !”
