“I was rather disappointed with the bifocal on my glasses,as the magnifier is too far down and not a line accross the centre of lens as stated.I have to hold the glasses up with my hand to read.”

Hi, I'm very sorry to hear that you're not happy with the bifocal lenses. We do offer two types of bifocal (D seg, or "executive" which is the line across the centre). We would be happy to replace your lenses with the executive bifocal lens, please contact us at support@newlenses.co.uk.

“This is the 4th time I have used this company for replacement lenses (albeit under another website name). This time I have needed fully framned Verifocal thinner lenses with transition extra coatings. Sent on Saturday and returned to my hand within 10 days. Same time as local opticians. Good quality lenses at a very good cost. Overall making a great saving when compared to High Street retailers. Will continue to use again.”

“I had lost a prescription lens from my sunglasses and did not want to throw the frames away as they were particularly comfortable and not very old. The repaired frames came back within a week and were perfect even to the colour tint. I am delighted with product and speed of delivery.”

“I ordered two pairs of prescription aviator style glasses with dark yellow lenses,these are the best ever glasses available for night driving and in daylight all the glare is replaced by a superb sharp 3D type image.Well pleased.Well made and excellent price.”
