“service on outward transfer excellent, on return a cool rainy day we waited 30 minutes. one bus came after 20 minutes, this bus was dropping off at 2 car parks. we then waited 10 minutes for another mini bus. This is the first time this has happened and we have booked numerous times .”

“Turned up at Park and Fly to find not booked into parking. Had been placed in short stay at Airport instead. Would have helped if booking information had been clearer as it is the first time using this airport”

“Great service, the bus was waiting when we collected our luggage. One minor thing that could be improved.When we got back to our car ,the driver went to his cabin and we went to leave but could not find the exit, it was 2.30 am so dark, could the exit signs not be illuminated. thanks.”
