“my husband normally books your site which we have used on several occasions. Other than once when we arrived at the short stay car park and it was nearly full we have no complaints about the service. I would say that it would be encouraging if we were given some kind of reward for the number of times we have used you, rather than having to pay the full price every time.”

“ALWAYS used Park and Fly when travelling from Newcastle. Usually a great service as it was on the way out. However, on the return we had a wait of about 10 minutes in quite cold weather. Seemed only to be one transfer bus being used although there was at least two flights arriving at same time. While we waited there were at least enough passengers for two transfers so why not more buses on?? Not drivers fault he did his best and returned as soon as he could. Hope this will be a one-off and will still use Park and Fly in the future.”

“It is easy to book , easy to reach. Close to the airport, Brought to the airport is mostly quick . Contra's: sometimes I need to wait long to be pick up , so I doubt if they alsways see it if you standing there, then I need to call . but generally the service is good . One question , as a weekly user is there something as a price discount or bonus possible ? how to do ?”
