We found drop off and pick up very good. No waiting on drop off and on pick up the bus was there waiting for us as we came out of the terminal. The only downside for me was getting on and off the bus as I suffer from a knee and hip problem. The drop from the bus to the floor is quite high, some kind of portable step would be a help. Other than that very good service.
