“Excellent service right on the door step for the airport dropped car off and I was in the airport within 5 mins. Just booked next years holiday and I will be booking the car in here again next year .”

“I cannot falt it when we arrived there was a queue as the computer was down,man behind desk just sailed us threw without a problem,on returning went and got keys but no car was at the handstand car park,the office gentleman went and got car and put it besides suitcases as it was mixed up as with computers being down,so we was on our way”

“We have used Park&Fly on numerous occasions for the following reasons: Easy to navigate website and efficient booking system Prompt service on arrival and cheerful staff - no matter the time of day/night! Minibus pickups from airport are frequent Very good service overall Thank you.”

“yes i was quite happy with service when i arived back from spain to newcastle there was a bit off a wait so i decided to walk round for my car but i didnt realise how awkward it is to walk round with the traffic but it was my choice overhall good i did ring from spain as i stayed a few extra days and got a discount less than 3 pound a day i will use you again thanks regards paul”

“I have used this service in the past and always found it useful being so close to the Terminal. Returning from Cyprus 2 weeks ago in the early hours of the morning I noted that the car ticket recommended that the car be looked over prior to driving off as any marks etc could only be dealt with on site. When we picked the car up, ( which is only a couple of months old ) we looked around it with the torch off an I phone. We noticed a chip in the drivers door and a light scratch on the rear drivers door. We reported it with the attendant and filled out an incident report form that says the car park has 14 days to review the matter and respond. We did notice that the driver of the car had left the seat so far forward that I could barely get in and expect that he has opened the door onto a barrier getting out. In the intervening period, I have rang the Newcastle office on about 5 occasions requiring assurances of the process and each time have been promised a call back. This happened twice yesterday when even Directors refused to take my call to explain what was happening. The true test of any service is when something doesn't work and these guys have failed badly. My car has just over 2000 miles on it and was in showroom condition when it arrived at the airport and the company clearly have no intention to respond in line with their own service arrangements. Anyone using this service must be aware that if they have an incident, clearly the company have little interest in putting the damage right. I will never use this service again.”
