“Used before and had the same excellent service. Shuttle van arrived within a minute of us waiting at the bus stop. Driver helped me load my luggage on and off the shuttle, which was very kind. Will be using again next year :)”

“I have used Park & Fly many times and have always been impressed by their level of service. Fast and efficient transport to / from the airport terminal with helpful and friendly staff. I will always check P&F prices first whenever I travel abroad.”

“Could not fault the service in any way. I mislaid my parking ticket but it took only 5 minutes at the exit barrier to confirm my details and leave the car park, Will definitely use the service again.”

“As always a very satisfactory and reasonably priced car park. near the airport and the mini bus transfer takes about 5 minutes. You are dropped off just outside the departure lounge and picked up in the same place. A good rainproof shelter is available and the bus arrived (without phone call) within about 5 minutes. Straight back to the car park and you are dropped off near to your car which has been stared and moved near to the entrance. EXCELLENT!!!!!”

“This is the best place to park. No hassle pulling luggage to a bus stop. You are taken right to the airport and your luggage lifted out for you. You are then picked up after your holiday and again no hassle. The drivers are wonderful and I would recommend Newcastle Park and Fly without reservation.”

“It was busy, no parking bays for customers to check in, asked one guy, he said leave it on the drive in, got into office and they sent someone out to move it. As a nearly new car I asked if I should close mirrors in and told " please yourself ". Everyone seemed under pressure, not a nice feeling when you are leaving a £20,000 car in their hands. Maybe you are packing them really tight with minimum workers to maximise the profit.”

“Waited in a cue for about 15mins to get booked in to the car park and when we returned home we waited 20mins before I had to ring the office to let's them know we were waiting to get picked up to be took back to the car park.. the last thing you need after waiting in cues for flights in airports. Also I don't understand why they need to move your car about in the car park!? I think next time I'd rather use the long stay car park!”
