“On arrival we went to reception, gave the required details of our return flight, and received our card that we would need to prove the car was ours on our return. By the time I had done this, a matter of minutes, our cases had been put in the mini bus that was waiting to take us to the airport terminal. My wife has difficulty stepping up and we thought we would struggle to get her into the bus, the driver, aware of the problem produced a small set of steps, problem solved. On our return we only had a couple of minutes to wait for the bus to return us to our car. Again within minutes of arriving at the park we were on our way home. We have used Park and Fly before and will use them again, the service they provide is first class.”

“this is the third time Ive used park and fly the only word I can use to describe them is excellent from leaving your car to getting to the airport is 2 or 3 minutes would highly recommend them all the staff are very friendly and helpful ticks all the boxes”

“Top Class Service at a down to earth price. Very slick and quick arrivals process, 2 minute transfer to terminal. Quick pick up and departure on return (It's always cold and wet...) - all this and great prices too? What more can you ask for??? Valet service? - you can get one of those if you want, reasonable rates for that too...”

“The service from Newcastle park and ride is excellent,check in at reception is simple and straight forward,then on to the bus for short trip to the airport. if you have not used this service before give it a try.”

“I use your park and fly very regularly. I haven't used others except the short term park. You're getting busier with Summer holidays. Occasionally I'm waiting at the airport more than usual. Checking in can be painfully slow Sometimes bookings for others cannot be immediately found - I've never had that but I have been delayed behind others that have.”
