“Always great service. Very convenient to the airport and secure in the knowledge that the car is in safe hands. Shuttle extremely efficient and speedy to / from the terminal”

“We used park and fly and stayed in short stay car park right next to terminal. Very reasonable price and so convenient this is our 3 time using with no problems. Would use again without hesitation”

“MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT BARRIER DOES NOT RECOGNISE PRIVATE REGISTRATIONS AND WE HAVE TO CONTACT STAFF EVERY TIME TO RAISE BARRIER AND THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 5 MINUTES”

“Used this service many times and always first class. No complaints at all, excellent from dropping off the car to picking it up, safe in the knowledge that the car is secure. Will certainly use again and would highly recommend.”

“Always use Park and Fly if we fly from Newcastle. Service is very professional and booking on line is very easy. It is also good value for money. The minibus is always waiting when we get through arrivals and we are taken straight back to our car. I would definitely recommend them.”

“good service but reckon you need a bigger bus to hold more than 8 people but i suppose you have done the maths and that is the number you have come up with!! I watched 2 buses leave while i still waited for space in the 3rd one. My only grievance in what was an otherwise good experience.”

“As always fast and efficient service, but maybe need to invest a little into the building. It was a very busy wet morning and we all got pretty wet whilst checking in and waiting for minibus. No problems on return journey though in and out ver quickly :-)”

“Always use this facility to park at Newcastle Airport. Quick check in, never wait more than a few minutes for mini bus into airport which takes only 2 or 3 minutes. On return similar short wait at bus stop, no need to ring ahead, car always ready and away home in minutes. Safe and very reasonable parking, will continue to use while service is run so efficiently.”

“Everybody was very courteous and helpful. We were helped with our cases into the van on departure and on arrival. Our car was ready and waiting on arrival. A very efficient service.”

“As always, the service was brilliant. We were taken straight to the airport on arrival going out and on the return journey, only had to wait a few minutes for the arrival of the minibus, largely due to the fact that we had landed slightly earlier than expected.”
