“Not as good as usual. No step on transfer bus to facilitate customers with disabilities? Car keys were lost as we tried to collect them and after a long night travelling we had to wait for an hour or so before our keys were eventually found due to staff not following the correct procedures.”

“Very easy no problems to use.Had to change car reg before travel did it on line only took minutes and worked fine at the airport well use this service again with out doubt.”

“Over the years I've used a few of the Newcastle Airport Parking options. This one comes out as the most convenient and the Staff, at whatever time I've turned up could not have been more helpful.”
