“I have used Park and Fly many times and have always found them excellent. I usually book by phone and find that very easy. A slight problem arose for my recent booking for Tenerife because I had to change the times. This was readily agreed to by your telephone staff but their attempt to effect the changes had to be carried out on two occasions before the times were correct. All was well for the Outward journey and I expect they will at Newcastle to meet us as always on our return in 2 says. I strongly recommend your service. Dr. E.T.Young.”

“The reception to hand in the keys was very poor. It was busy at 5am and only one person was on duty. The staff member had difficulty operation the computer and printer and lacked confidence in handling the problems. On the numerous occasions I have used the service I have never experienced this. The pick up arrangements the following week were not as smooth as previous occasions and the driver had poor customer care skills. Overall I think that the quality of your service has deteriorated considerably. Mike Earnshaw”

“The parking location is great but unfortunately the courtesy bus service was terrible. We were left waiting so long outside the terminal at the pick up point, that we had to walk instead, dragging our cases to get our car. We tried to contact the parking services by phone but received an automated reply. There is no effective way to arrange pickup if the bus is not there. We saw the bus leaving as we approached, (with some customers who arrived on our flight) but as we did not get out of the baggage handling as quickly as some did, we were left behind and no bus returned to pick up remaining customers. It may have been a misunderstanding and a one off mistake but they must have had a list of customers they expected. From our point of view not a good experience.”

“The car park was very busy when we arrived on the Saturday of the Bank Holiday weekend but we were quickly transported to the terminal building. Likewise when we reeturned we didn't have to wait long at the pick-up point. As ever, our car was ready for us & the staff were very courteous.”

“When booking in the availability of both staff and vehicles struggled to cope with the number of customers present at the same time. Given the knowledge of incoming flights the car park staff have, having to wait at the pick-up point was a bit frustrating.”

“When we checked our car in prior to our flight,the gentleman on Reception was friendly, helpful and humouroudA really 'good face' for Park& Fly.a gem of a guy!! We were in the airport within 10 minutes. Brilliant! On return ,at 1am ...late...and with three other flights arriving at the same time......we still were able to jump into a park & Fly bus within minutes. A very cheery Geordie driver promised we would be at Reception within minutes// and we were! After collecting our car keys, we were on our way up the Ai! A brilliant service . Thankyou Park& Fly. To the next time...!!!!! That's a definite!!”

“i HAVE USED PARK AND FLY NOW FOR OVER 8 YEARS AND ABOUT 6 TIMES A YEAR WHEN I FLY FROM NEWCASTLE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN ME FRIST CLASS SERVICE”
