“The only reason why I didn't rate you as "very good" is because of the wait we have when returning to Newcastle Airport. I understand you use the CCTV so that you can send a bus when there are more than just a couple of people waiting at the stop. We are always (almost) first in the queue because we only carry hand luggage. I suppose that's the name of the game.”

“We have used your car park several times over the past years with no problems BUT this last time 27/08/2015 until 10/09/2015 was bad had to wait a long time for transfers to and from airport when i went for my keys they could not find them had to hang about again for 20 mins at least because i was not on the system not good at 1-30 AM”

“We have used Park & Fly several times, and have always been happy with the service. On the last occasion, in August 2015, we were invited to use the Short Term Car Park at the airport (even though we would be away 14 days). This suited us absolutely fine and we were very pleased to take up the offer.”

“We are now finding that when we return from holiday that the bus is never there to pick us up despite leaving flight details. We now find that the car wasn't brought to the offiice instead we were simply handed the keys and told its around the back. Not what you want after a 10 hour flight. It's no longer becoming a viable option to pay a premium for park and fly as its more convenient to leave the car in the long stay.”

“I paid £37 to prebook parking by terminal for 19 hours. Had I just turned up would have been considerably cheaper. Not impressed. (I have previously used park and fly shuttle service for longer trips and have always been impressed, but this has put me off)”

“Found the service to be excellent value and the upgrade to the short stay car park worked really well, as we stepped out of the terminal building and looked across the road we could see our car.”

“This must rate as the best as far as airport parking goes, within 100m of the terminal and the hotel were we staying in on our return from holiday will definatley use this again. Thank you Park & Fly for a great start & finish to our holiday”

“Service first class. Prompt and efficient. Vehicles always spotless. Drivers always courteous and cheerful - even in the wee small hours. Why on earth would you prefer to scratch around huge open car parks, especially in in the rain when a service like air parks is available. A 'no brainer', especially at the price.”

“Fantastic place to park, right behind Premier inn, 2 minutes walk to Airport, but if you don't fancy walking, maybe you have too much luggage, or it could be raining, this car park has a free courtesy bus, what more could you ask for.”

“I use your service every time we fly from Newcastle and have always found it to be either good or very good. However, on this occasion there was a ten to fifteen minute wait standing in the wind and slight drizzle for the transport from airport to park, as there was only one van running between airport and Parking behind the hotel. Part of the problem seemed to be the fact that 2 to 3 flights arrived almost together at 5pm ish, but still only one van was despatched to clear the congestion. I did suggest to the driver on the second time around that he should ask for support from another driver with another van but he returned for a third time to take us. This said I will use you service again as it is usually good or very good.”

“We arrived at 4am 26th August for our flight to Amsterdam. Your computer system had crashed without back up. Your rep was rushed off his feet due to the amount of passengers. He had to write out every chit. I do sympathise that computers fail, but you should have a back up proformae instead of bits of paper. We returned 31 August and I was not surprised to find our car key was missing, having flown from the USA via Paris without delay it was a pain which took them 30 minutes to rectify yet me vehicle was open. I have used your service 4 times a year for over 10 years and will use you again in October 15. But you need to have a back up procedure in the event of computer failure. A simple proformae would do.
