“We have used Park & Fly a number of times and you usually have provided an excellent service. However, on this occasion, returning from Maderia on the 31st August, the service was very poor. We have to wait for a considerable a amount of time for the bus and when we got onto the site I had to find my car in the dark. Being a bank holiday weekend did you have enough staff on duty. If we use Park & Fly again we hope the service is much better.”

“I have used this firm five times and they have provided a consistently efficient service. You arrive, take your luggage out of your car, give them the key, and their mini-bus immediately takes you to the airport itself (less than five minutes away). When you return their mini-bus picks you up (they anticipate your flight's arrival; you don't have to phone), and they take you back to collect your car. In both cases the whole operation takes about ten minutes ...”

“I have used park and Fly for a number of months on a regular commuting flight. They are nothing other than highly professional and courteous and the facilities are excellent. There is a real mix of parking providers for the Airport and Park and Fly are easily one of the best; you may save a few pounds elsewhere and regret it when your car is filthy or damaged on return. Highly recommended.”

“I have used the normal service whereby you park and then the mini bus takes you to the Terminal. This is efficient and fine. This time for an extra £5 I was offered the facility to park in the short stay for a week next to the Terminal. This was great as simply a minute from the car. I will use this again”

“Returned to an incredibly well valeted car! This was synonymous with the whole experience. From the moment the luggage was loaded onto the courtesy bus whilst I was checking-in the car, to the drop off after collection, I was highly impressed by the polite, helpful and friendly staff who took care to ensure a five star experience throughout.
