“I have used NewcastlePark and Fly three times now, staff are always pleasant and courteous, its a great way to start a holiday knowing your car is safe and secure and that you dont have to haul your luggage to and from the airport as the courtesy bus is always just a minute or two away. I will use this again and would recommend to anyone flying from Newcastle”

“Arrived at reception to check in at 5 am and were met with a queue of about 20 people. To make matters worse it was raining, There was only one man on reception and one transit bus. The man on reception was doing all he could to get the queue down but it seemed to take an age to get registered. We had to wait till another mini bus was brought in but the driver couldnt fold down the front seats and we had to clamber into the back. The return trip was efficient, as normal. We have used the Park and Fly many times but were disappointed with this booking”

“check in is normally straight forward but this time, people were kept waiting for a very long time. only one person "checking in" who seemed very slow. it was 5am and very cold so the wait seemed longer. coming back was no problem.”

“I've used Park and Fly many times. Much prefer it to the massive Long Stay airport car park, which can be a problem finding your car when it's dark, or in the winter when all the cars are covered in snow. Park and Fly have always been excellent, although this latest time we did have to wait rather too long for the bus on the return trip.”

“I have used Park and Fly several times and the service has always been excellent. In fact, I find it more convenient to use than the airport on-site car parks - the drop off/pick up service is really great. Overall, an easy to use service which never fails to impress.”
