“Only problem was only one link mini bus running so got a taxi back due to queue!”

“I chose to upgrade to the short stay car park in front of the terminal so that we wouldn't have to wait for the minibus to come and collect us but when we tried to exit the car park the ticket machine said we hadn't paid and wouldn't lift the barrier (so much for No plate recognition) when I pressed the information button I couldn't hear the assistants voice so had to telephone him to get him to lift the barrier! Not very satisfactory.”

“The Parking upgrade arrangement was very good. The one difficulty was getting out of the car park .the ticket wouldn't acknowledge the number plate. Unable to get help immediately so had to reverse to get out of the queue, bit stressful after a long late flight”

“On our return had to wait for minibus after being told it would be waiting for us, when I have used facilities a few years ago our car was sitting waiting already heat up, not so this time, minibus running about with only one headlamp working, staff friendly”

“check in is normally straight forward but this time, people were kept waiting for a very long time. only one person "checking in" who seemed very slow. it was 5am and very cold so the wait seemed longer. coming back was no problem.”

“I've used Park and Fly many times. Much prefer it to the massive Long Stay airport car park, which can be a problem finding your car when it's dark, or in the winter when all the cars are covered in snow. Park and Fly have always been excellent, although this latest time we did have to wait rather too long for the bus on the return trip.”

“The only reason why I didn't rate you as "very good" is because of the wait we have when returning to Newcastle Airport. I understand you use the CCTV so that you can send a bus when there are more than just a couple of people waiting at the stop. We are always (almost) first in the queue because we only carry hand luggage. I suppose that's the name of the game.”
