“easy to find and dealt with quickly only had to wait a few minutes to be picked up on return only complaint was when i picked up my car keys and returned to my car the car was unlocked and left unattended”

“I have a disability therefore have difficulty getting into the mini bus.Providing a step would be of great assistance to me .”

“Enjoyed the close proximaty to the terminal, but was a bit alarmed when we reached the barrier we were told that we had over stayed our time, however when we contacted the controller he lifted the barrier. Would definately use the facility again if we were offered an upgrade.”

“We have used park & fly many times and the service has always been very good. However on this occasion the van was not waiting for us on our return as usual. In fact we and others waited almost 10 minutes and the airport was not even busy. Is this because you are going to bellair as well? No apology or explanation eIther. This has made us consider using your service in the future.”

“Frequent user of Newcastle service , nice people , excellent . However recently waited very long times for pick up and have twice had to phone to ask to be collected .... This was never an issue before”

“when we arrived from Bristol at 10-30pm we waited outside the airport to be picked up so we could collect our car, we waited for 25 mins then I tried to phone to let you know we were waiting, but I got a reply saying there was no service service available, it was just by chance that the mini bus arrived to pick up a couple that had just arrived from Amsterdam, otherwise we would have still been waiting. I must admit that it was not the service we normally receive and I was alittle disappointed.”

“We have used this facility in excess of 20 times....just what we need..”

“Polite and friendly. However we travel with hand luggage only, but they assume all customers have to wait to collect suit cases, so have to call for pick up more often than not! Perhaps noting what customer is carrying at drop off could improve. That said will use again and again.”
