“Service on the whole was good, although we had to queue for 20-30 minutes upon our return for bus to collect us from airport. There seemed a real lack of transport for a large volume of passengers coming off our flight. But as I say, on the whole a good service with pleasant staff.”

“The only thing I have to say about our experience is that when we arrived back we went to the bus collection stand only to be told we had to wait for another bus as that one was going to the Bel Air stop and not park and fly Don't you go past park and fly to go to Bel Air ?”

“We upgraded to the car park right outside the airport entrance. The ticket would not let us out and we contacted admin via the button and she would not let us out until i found confirmation number on my phone. No thanks, hello, just can i help and whats your reference number. Once i found this i was let out! no thanks or that's good. Felt as though i was trying to con them. The ticket should have opened the barrier!!”

“Found the car parking site relatively easy. My details were all there ready for the attendents to take delivery of the car and we were immediately transferred to the airport to start our holiday. A slight mishap on our return and we had to hang around a bit before we got picked up, this may have been my fault though as I cannot remember the driver dropping us off at the same place as where the pickup point is located. On the whole though good value.”

“Easy to book up on-line, easy to access secure, safe parking right next to the airport terminal. First-class system using modern technology to enter and exit the car park without human intervention thereby each process taking the minimal amount of time. Will use again and will recommend to others”

“We need to change the return leg of our flight, which was done easily over the phone. However, the new centralised booking system doesn't appear to work very well, it's still much easier phoning her airport direct. Also I got two texts telling me to go to the airport car park and pick up a ticket.This usually happens only when the Park&Fly site is full, fortunately on both occassions I called the airport and was advised NOT to park and get a ticket. It could have been very expensive, apparently, this text is sent out automatically. Why?”
