“I use your service every time we fly from Newcastle and have always found it to be either good or very good. However, on this occasion there was a ten to fifteen minute wait standing in the wind and slight drizzle for the transport from airport to park, as there was only one van running between airport and Parking behind the hotel. Part of the problem seemed to be the fact that 2 to 3 flights arrived almost together at 5pm ish, but still only one van was despatched to clear the congestion. I did suggest to the driver on the second time around that he should ask for support from another driver with another van but he returned for a third time to take us. This said I will use you service again as it is usually good or very good.”

“WE were offered an upgrade to park directly in the Short Stay Car Park which was extremely convenient and eliminated the transfer of luggage to the minibus.”

“MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT BARRIER DOES NOT RECOGNISE PRIVATE REGISTRATIONS AND WE HAVE TO CONTACT STAFF EVERY TIME TO RAISE BARRIER AND THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 5 MINUTES”

“good service but reckon you need a bigger bus to hold more than 8 people but i suppose you have done the maths and that is the number you have come up with!! I watched 2 buses leave while i still waited for space in the 3rd one. My only grievance in what was an otherwise good experience.”

“As always fast and efficient service, but maybe need to invest a little into the building. It was a very busy wet morning and we all got pretty wet whilst checking in and waiting for minibus. No problems on return journey though in and out ver quickly :-)”

“Good service But when we came to collect the car, which your team had moved to a collection point, the battery was flat. The cause remains a mystery. Your man had a charger and got the car started.”

“no negatives, very well looked after from start to finish, but would like to see some sort of loyalty scheme we have used park and fly for several years but don't receive any discounts. pleased the speed humps have been removed.”

“yes i was quite happy with service when i arived back from spain to newcastle there was a bit off a wait so i decided to walk round for my car but i didnt realise how awkward it is to walk round with the traffic but it was my choice overhall good i did ring from spain as i stayed a few extra days and got a discount less than 3 pound a day i will use you again thanks regards paul”

“On arrival we went to reception, gave the required details of our return flight, and received our card that we would need to prove the car was ours on our return. By the time I had done this, a matter of minutes, our cases had been put in the mini bus that was waiting to take us to the airport terminal. My wife has difficulty stepping up and we thought we would struggle to get her into the bus, the driver, aware of the problem produced a small set of steps, problem solved. On our return we only had a couple of minutes to wait for the bus to return us to our car. Again within minutes of arriving at the park we were on our way home. We have used Park and Fly before and will use them again, the service they provide is first class.”
