We have used Park & Fly a number of times and you usually have provided an excellent service.
However, on this occasion, returning from Maderia on the 31st August, the service was very poor. We have to wait for a considerable a amount of time for the bus and when we got onto the site I had to find my car in the dark.
Being a bank holiday weekend did you have enough staff on duty.
If we use Park & Fly again we hope the service is much better.
