“I ordered some anti-vandal paint and a warning sign for potential vandals. The sign was supposed to be self-adhesive but I couldn't figure out how so after several emails we figured out that it wasn't and a replacement was immediately dispatched. The speed of the responses and positive outcome recovered my rating from a 4 to a 5.”

“Products arrived quickly and well packaged. Have used NVP before and have always found them helpful. A couple of issues - a 4 litre tin was substituted for 4 1 litre tins which does risk greater wastage and the email communications seem to be in the wrong order e.g. we received an email saying the items had been dispatched the day after we had received them. otherwise an excellent service”

“Initial delivery only 2.5 litres instead of the 5 ordered, but a quick phone call brought an immediate and courteous response and a further 2.5 litres arrived the next working day. Excellent service, a clear website and prompt and efficient purchase. A1+++ all round.”
