“My 2nd order with New Venture, the first was heavier & DPD'd next day. They gave a 2 hr delivery window. This latest order was via parcel force, also next day who gave a 7 hr delivery window. Both orders were engineered to get free P & P which would have been 8.99. A 2 hr window is fine - 7 hrs isn't really on when potentially Customers have paid 8.99 for the privilege. The excellent service NVP offers is being let down by a third party & has cost them one star. Was the delivery made within the 7 hour window? be hard not to ... This glitch has not put me off & I will be back!”
