“I had previously bought a 5ltr tin of Roofix 20/10 from another company that cost me more than the one from you and when I opened the package the tin was badly dented. Because I was not well at the time it was delivered it was a week before I opened it, therefore I couldn't return it because the return date had passed. However, the parcel from yourselves of 2x 5ltr tins of the same paint costing less was packaged so well that there was no way the tins could have been damaged, I was so impressed by the speedy delivery and excellent way in which it was protected from any damage by lots of padding that I would recommend your company and customer care without haste. Thankyou New Venture Products.”

“Shipped incorrect colour paint however New Venture Products agent was very quick to ship out the correct colour and for the courier to collect the wrong colour. This arrived the next working day. Mistakes happen but this agent and her company were very quick to put it right. That creates confidence!”
