“deliver not completed, spending 3hrs on phone to delivery company, still no parcel. Worst of all, called your phone number, person on this extention unavailable, this was 09.00/10.00. Left message and still no call back. Would think twice before buying from this cpompany again, over priced delivery charge, poor service”

“My 2nd order with New Venture, the first was heavier & DPD'd next day. They gave a 2 hr delivery window. This latest order was via parcel force, also next day who gave a 7 hr delivery window. Both orders were engineered to get free P & P which would have been 8.99. A 2 hr window is fine - 7 hrs isn't really on when potentially Customers have paid 8.99 for the privilege. The excellent service NVP offers is being let down by a third party & has cost them one star. Was the delivery made within the 7 hour window? be hard not to ... This glitch has not put me off & I will be back!”
