“There was a mix-up re an item I bought but a refund was arranged a few days later so wasn't a problem in the end. They apologied etc so all good.”

“No problem with website ordering, very easy, and the product itself (yellow anti-slip paint) is always good quality. There was a problem with the packing as one of the tins was leaking on receipt and another had buckled. Maybe put a bit more padding in, such as bubblewrap.”

“Product arrived on time well packaged and undamaged as ordered. Seems fine but only time will tell if product itself-rust converter-works. Delivery expensive but good website tracking by courier APD so no complaints at all.”

“I applied the product to a shower tray in my motor home to cover over repairs to cracks made with araldite. Took three coats to completely obscure the discolouration. Easy to apply but I’d recommend starting in morning so the tw hour wait between coats doesn’t take you TIL midnight !!”

“Ordered Osmo cleaning products for my wooden kitchen worktops at a fair product price and reasonable delivery cost. Delivery was a little on the slow side, but the products were well packed for shipment. Nothing more to add.”
