“Ordered some primer, received a phonecall to tell me they would be running a little late, the person I spoke to was very polite and i was impressed that they had taken the time to phone me. The only thing that I didn't like was the chosen delivery company APC Overnight. I have had previous bad experiences with this company, you can't choose a safe place with them and they will take the parcel away rather than leaving it with a neighbour ect. That has no bearing on the excellent service I received from New Venture. Would definitely use again.”

“I ordered paint and thinners on Monday evening and the items were delivered to me on Wednesday afternoon. Very good instructions were included in the parcel. I did a first coat on my verandah deck on Thursday and was delighted with the result. Great service”

“Ordered at 2.30pm on a Friday, shortly before the cut off time and still received order on Monday morning. They had taken the time to print out the product datasheets including application instructions. 5 stars, would definitely order from them again!”

“Poorly labelled items on website resulting in wrong item being ordered. The response from the company was essentially tough luck because tin opened. Zero help on finding correct product. Very poor customer service. Order cautiously!”
