“The product was good and at a good price. The delivery was absolute pants. Endless emails from dhl and no action. Finally a week after placing my order dhl gave a half day window with a demand for parcel being signed for. I could be in , there was a divert to collection point which I did. After I’d done this it told me it would be another day before I could collect it. I don’t u destined why- the collection point was close to my home, DHL would have got it to m home a day earlier but not to the collection point? I’m not impressed.”

“Awesome company. One item didn't arrive, i actually spoke to a person on the help line with no waiting time and ask was sorted. The return was done at our local store ( East Bridgford Nottingham) again first class service. I cannot recommend then highly enough”

“Easy to deal with. Prompt delivery and dealt with returns well and quickly. Only gripe is having to pay for returning shoes. Sizing varies so much from maker to maker & style to style that you almost certainly will need to return items. Need to include free returns into up front cost.”

“The delivery was very good and earlier than expected with good timing. I've basically semi pitched the tent in the garden to understand the assembly..I did watch a YouTube video on assembly..not my particular model but similar and worked from there..fairly straightforward on the poles positions...on my 3 person apex compact from Nevissport it only has 1 full length and 2 longish pins at the front and rear. It has 2 side openings being a 3 person. All seemed ok.. I would say 5 min assembly is not correct unless you have 2 persons assembling..even then 15mins would be more accurate.”
