“Fast, efficient service. Thankyou. Your service was really good. Just one observation- Wasn't impressed with the Royal Mail delivery service.Wasted a lot of time waiting in after a failed first delivery .Then ended up collecting from a post office in next village. Might be an idea to look at a more efficient carrier!”

“Initially, I was impressed with the experience, but unfortunately, the after sale customer care fell short of expectations. After ordering a jacket for my partner, I needed to swap it for a different size, which is a standard service. Despite reaching out via email to their orders@ address, I received no response. Upon calling, I was simply told to return the item for a refund and place a new order. This process not only lacked efficiency but also meant loosing the 10% discount I had on my original purchase. Swapping sizes should not have been this much of an issue, and the inconvenience has left me extremely dissatisfied with the overall customer service experience.”

“I purchased the RAB WOMENS SHERLING HOODY in ORION BLUE. It was competitively priced and arrived quickly, well parcelled up so was in pristine condition when it arrived. I am delighted with my purchase and will certainly shop at Nevisport again. Thank you.”

“Poor service. Ordered a fleece 23/3, advised despatched 26/3 (delivery stated as 3-7 working days). The tracking link continued to state 'tracking not available' but I waited a while in view of Easter in case it was held up and then emailed to chase 8/4 as the item had not arrived. I have not had any sort of reply from customer services. I was about to phone and chase but tried the tracking link again on 10/4 and it then showed the item had just been received by the carrier - it finally arrived 12/4. My conclusion is that it was never sent and it was then actioned following my email; I do understand that mistakes can happen but in the absence or any explanation or apology I won't be using Nevisport again.”
