“Aa big fan of Deuter, German packs, I researched its website and another EU outdoor supplier for a small cycling pack for a girl pal new to cycling. Those sites have the full range of pack types and colours but a one third off the pack price I chose was wiped out with the usual mark up for shipping anything to post Brexit UK - a hefty £25 courier fee add on. For sure Nevisport, I came across as a new online customer, only stock a tiny portion of the Deuter packs, but the exact one I was after was there. Arrived promptly and the easy return of an item in original packaging with tags on of course gave peace of mind with the overly generous 60 days no quibble RETURN policy. You can't complain at that, but take care not to disrupt the packaging, with a call for advice to the customer helpline also a useful option. Returns via Asda stores courier collection for a flat £3 yet another great option, with no nearby store, my return was via Royal Mail with £90+ insurance and a certificate of posting all for just over £4 for a large package.”

“I ordered a pair of boots from Nevis Sport and it took 13 days for them to arrive at my door. Only 6/13 days was the fault of Nevis Sport, DHL managed the other 7 days. The boots had to travel 550 miles, so they travelled an average of about 42 miles/day from the point of ordering to the front door. I rang Nevis Sport customer services after about 4 days and they were very helpful. They’ve earned this three star review. The rest of the delay was the fault of DHL.”
