“Sale and despatch was fine. Process for dealing with faulty goods is not a good experience for the customer in comparison with other retailers. The customer service team were polite and in regular contact. They explained the faulty goods process which although I understood and is probably legally correct, seemed overly long as it involved returning the item to the manufacturer. The potential four week resolution period, which I was advised may lead to a replacement product or a rejection of my complaint, didn’t seem worth the hassle to me for a £20 pair of sliders so I gave up on my claim. It didn’t leave me with a great impression of Rider and Nevisport.”
