“i ordered skis and poles, they cancelled by skis, advising they were out of stock (can still be purchased online) but sent the poles without checking with me if I would still like the poles. Given they could not fulfil the order of skis, I would have ordered the poles from another retailer who stocked the skis I wanted. Awful communication and disaponting first purchase.”

“Originally ordered a pair of Montane Terra pants in 30 small, black only to be told 4 days later that they didn't actually have the item in stock. So not great stock keeping but they gave me a 15% discount on my next order in lieu of the inconvenience. So I ordered a pair in Eclipse Blue instead. Item arrived 3 days later, so happy enough. Good to see a company own up for thier mistake. Ifg i had wanted the first pair urgently I might feel a bit less happy, but overall I would be happy to use Nevisport again.”
