“Customer service is useless. I've tried to phone multiple times and it just rings out. I've sent 3 emails and not had one response! I just want to know if you've sent me the correct trainers or not as otherwise I'll be forced to send them back. Would be good if someone could make an effort to get back to me please.”

“No order confirmation received. Chased up with customer service who told me they couldn’t locate my order using my email address, but I then received a dispatch notification to the same email address. Item received was incorrect but offered to keep the item for partial refund of price difference. No response to my offer so sent them item back. Comms were sporadic. Wouldn’t use again unfortunately.”

“Like TrustPilot reviews say, there is no way of getting an update on my order. The phoneline just rings out and you are left days without knowing what is going on. I wish I read the reviews on TrustPilot before ordering. Very frustrating experience and I wont use this company again.”

“Rab womens coat excellent product and cheaper than anywhere else.Product arrived on time and well wrapped. only criticism was at the couriers who left a 250 rrp coat lying in a border of the front gatden in the rain and didn't put a card through to advise of this.”

“No problems or issues. Kept informed and delivered as expected, however, the delivery charge for N.I. using Royal Mail is unacceptable, a national service where there is no difference in cost between mainland UK and N.I.”

“The bag was great and it was delivered to my collection point quickly BUT the low score is a result of the terrible experience with collection. My bag was at the service point however they wouldn't give it to me without the collection code. I understand that but this was never sent to me by you or DHL. I spent 24 hours being diverted to multiple companies/people to try and get the code with everyone passing the buck. Even the DHL app was conflicting, saying it was 'ready for collection' on one screen and 'out for delivery' on the next.”

“I have ordered 2 jackets only 1 arrived although 2 were on the invoice took days to get to speak to somebody. Finally got through after emails were ignored a week later and still no 2nd jacket”
