“Excellent service and great customer service too. The company had the foresight regarding the packing of the item as the carrier had sliced open the package in 2 places, probably due to trying to avoid damaging the security tape, to determine the contents of the package. Thanks to clever use of an ordinary carrier bag being used, the contents were not removed. Customer service immediately offered a replacement if the jacket had been damaged by the carrier’s action.”

“My order would have arrived quite quickly if it had been delivered to my address. Unfortunately DHL, the delivery service doesn’t seem to recognise all addresses. Not a reliable delivery service unfortunately.”

“Great product, really happy with my new boots. But when I placed the order it said that the boots were out of stock so I planned on ordering them from elsewhere. Luckily, something came up and I didn't place the other order as I would have had two pairs as to my surprise, I then received an email to tell me to expect a delivery!”
