“North Face Quest blue jacket. Having tried one on in the Ripon store, which I didn't buy due to a manufacturing fault on the garment. The staff there were great and really helpful. Due to no other medium sizes in stock, I ordered the same jacket via the website. It was easy to navigate and the service was quick. My new jacket is exactly what I hoped for and a really comfortable piece of kit. I can highly recommend both Nevisport and the North Face product.”

“Royal Mail delivered my item to my neighbours by mistake who were unfortunately away on holiday at the time. Nevisport were completely understanding and also spoke to Royal Mail to try to address the issue as well as telling me to get in touch if I didn't get the item when my neighbours returned. It's when things go wrong that you get a true glimpse of customer service and I can't fault Nevisport for the speed of their response and their offers of help.”
