“Royal Mail delivered my item to my neighbours by mistake who were unfortunately away on holiday at the time. Nevisport were completely understanding and also spoke to Royal Mail to try to address the issue as well as telling me to get in touch if I didn't get the item when my neighbours returned. It's when things go wrong that you get a true glimpse of customer service and I can't fault Nevisport for the speed of their response and their offers of help.”

“Great company. Shame they don’t have free returns as I didn’t enjoy paying for an item that would never have been suitable as clearly the sizing is wrong hence the sale price.”
