“Very prompt processing and delivery of initial order, in fact too prompt. Jacket was about to be delivered earlier than I'd been informed, and necessitated a re-arranged delivery day. Not hard to do this, in fairness ! Easy contact with customer relations when I needed a different size, and very quick refund of original payment.”

“Ordered sportiva boulder x. My 4th pair. I've been an outdoor instructor for over 20yrs. These shoes last well. Solid, comfortable and stick to rock like it to a blanket. They are perfect. Sportiva, please never stop making these shoes and never change them. Thanks. Nevis sport were well priced and delivered on time. Great service.”

“Ordered walking boots for sons birthday: size 9.5 (as told). Came swiftly and well packed. However, they were too big. So, as there was an addressed label with the boots, it was simple for me to return. I then ordered a size 9 which came as before. They fit really well. Regarding the refund, this has happened. Very efficient. Will be using again.”

“I ordered a climbing harness online as I couldn't find the size I wanted in the shop, along with this Exped bag. I was pleased with my purchase, with the exception of the packaging. Many retailers have moved to sustainable paper / cardboard packaging. Not Nevis Sport. The two items were delivered separately. They were not only delivered in plastic packaging, they also included a completely unnecessary plastic carrier bag around each item. It's put me off buying online from Nevis Sport again.”
