“Gloves received promptly. But faulty with cuff tensioner missing on one glove. 2 emails and multiple unanswered calls later, still no reply. I don't think I should have to pay to return. I hope you will get in touch soon.”

“I purchased the ZONE 3 WOMENS AGILE FULL WETSUIT in size medium. I am a womens UK size 10 and this was the correct size, using the Nevis Sportsoze chart however, it was far too small. I am aware that wetsuits should be snug but, I couldn't zip this up. The returns policy is not good; I had to pay for postage and packaging (because the bag was ripped when I received it). Despite Royal Mail providing me proof of delivery, I am yet to hear anything from Nevis Sport RE: my refund. I would not recommend Nevis Sport and if you do purchase this wetsuit I would size up at least 2 sizes larger than usual.”

“I was looking to replace my walking boots, which had decided to spring a leak in the Lakeland Fells during a deluge. I knew I wanted the same boots - Lady Scarpa - as they had provided sterling service for 7 years and had been comfortable from the get go. I looked online at a number of sellers and was delighted to see that Nevisport had included the exact boots in their sale and they were £50 cheaper! Delivery was very swift and I had my new boots-which are perfect - within 36 hours. Excellent price and service.”

“Purchased a Mountain Equipment Annapurna jacket. I am absolutely delighted with it. The day after I received it I was out in it in a very cold biting east wind. I was as snug as I could be, brilliant. The jacket came after 2 days which was less than the 3-5 days specified when I ordered it. Excellent purchase.”

“Delivery was quick but i didnt realize you would have to pay for and organize a return yourself, so i was out of pocket in the end as my item was far too large and i had to pay for the return.”
