“Ordered some salomon walking boots, my old ones had died a death and I needed the new ones for a week walking in Wales, had to contact customer services as the boots weren't showing a delivery date with royal mail, turns out royal mail didn't pick them up when they should've but nevisport made sure the boots went out on 24hr delivery so I could get them in time, brilliant customer service, very happy with my boots and would definitely order from them again.”

“Bought as a gift for my wife. Unfortunately it wasn’t what she wanted. The item was returned to Nevisport using their free returns system. Nevisport were super efficient and processed the return very quickly, refunding my money within a day of receiving the item. Shame my wife didn’t like the item but 10 out of 10 to Nevisport”

“I bought a lovely red Didriksons Frida Parka in the sale for half price. It is a warm waterproof coat, was delivered quickly & fits very well. The size chart on the website was helpful. Nevisport has a good choice of all outdoor equipment.”

“I placed an order which could be tracked which was good, I was given a date and it arrived on time even though one part we missed as we were out but it was taken to our local post office which is very close to home. The order arrived a little slower than advertised but only due to Bank Holidays.”

“Bought a coat online at a great price, but it turned out to be too big - probably due to Nordic design. Returned it to a local branch for a full refund, where the salesperson was really helpful and cc'd me the refund request.”

“Very expensive when a return is needed. Purchased a pair of trainers which needed to be changed for a smaller size. Charged £5 delivery and £7 to send them back, and another £5 to order correct size”
