“I bought a Rab down jacket from Nevisport, it arrived very quickly. It was a lovely jacket but unfortunately the fit didn’t suit me and I had to return it. The return process was very smooth, excellent customer service, thanks.”

“Great service, quick delivery, but Jacket too big, returned it, (cost me over £6, but 1st class and royal mail insured). Customer services kept me well informed of receipt of my jacket and an immediate refund. Very happy with the service. Sue”
