“I received 1 x 0.5m grey patch lead when I bought and paid for 5 x 5.0m red patch leads. I don't know where to start how can you get it so wrong, the invoice was correct but what was delivered was so wrong I am very disappointed, first time I have bought from NetStoreDirect.com and they got everything wrong!”
