“Excellent little printer, which I'm still getting to grips with. However, there was no cable to connect the printer to my Mac thus making installation of the software difficult. UKMail are a nightmare! After the initial 'we called but you were not in card', no further attempt was made to deliver or contact me. Repeated attempts to contact their customer services resulted in the phone being picked up and put straight down. I guess, they are just living up to the image that was portrayed in a recent documentary. These delivery firms seem to forget that they have two customers for each transaction. They make things easy for the sender but difficult for the person receiving the parcel.”

“Easy ordering, fast delivery and very competitive prices make Netstore Direct the preferred supplier for all my IT needs. I was also amazed by the huge product range. High quality leads for half the price as the high streets. I initially ordered the Cat5 leads for the office however just ordered a new motherboard for my son. I did find the motherboard from Web based IT suppliers at the same price however no delivery charge and items was with me within two days.”

“very disappointed with the 006-003-001-50 Connector RJ45 Plug Cat 6A. The insert of the 2 Piece Cat6 Crimp plugs, were hard to thread. happy with delivery and cripmers but RJ45 connectors as said above were poor and little detail on how to get the best out of them, when using 1st time.”
