“Helpful and polite, informed that the product that I ordered was not in stock but offered another brand, which fulfilled the required need. Excellent price,even with postage charge it was cheaper than other suppliers. Received item within time given. First site to look at again if I need any similar products.”

“Great company to deal with, very helpful staff and tech support. I purchased a 40M length of Pre Terminated CST Loose Tube Armoured Cable, The cable had to be pulled through 30 metres of 40mm buried flexible conduit. I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the pulling system fitted to the cable, I asked the guys who laid the conduit to make sure there were no sharp bends as it had to snake its way to where I needed to get it. Half way down and things got very tight, so tight in fact that I thought it would never survive the pressure we had to put on it, Once it was through I decided to test it before completing the install, to my surprise nothing had been damaged and all fibres were intact, it is now fully installed and working a treat. would recommend this product to any one looking to get a link from one building to another.”

“It was just cables, but the prices are really good and the delivery is quick and sensibly priced as well. This was my second purchase, cables both times. I think I pretty much got 3 cables delivered for the price of 1 from PC World!”

“Good, cheap patch cables. Not so good delivery. Nice helpful staff. Orderd 350 patch cables in plenty of time (late 30 June) for a weekend site repatch. After a couple of false delivery dates they evenutally arrived on the following Monday morning (six days later). Rachel Horsnell was good at chasing, resolving and very helpfuill. It was obvious these were just drop shipped items, so probably ourtside of her complete control. I would have prefered delivery as origenally set out on the web site (next working day). I lost a weekens work. Will think hard before ordering again.”

“I had a good response from NetStore with regard to my specific order. However through no fault of their own, I did order the wrong cable, but there was no offer or facility to return these goods back. So I have spent £12 on the goods but cannot return them. Thanks Stuart”
