“Everything went well with the on-line ordering of the products that I wanted, chosen because they seemed to offer better value than other suppliers. Confirmatory receipts and despatch notices arrived promptly and the goods arrived faster than promised. The quality of the goods appears, so far,to exceed expectation - so customer services has not been used! So, what else could you want??”

“Items arrived promptly and as described. My only criticism is that UK Mail chose to deliver one of the parcels on the expected day and the second parcel on the following day - not helpful.”

“This is the first time I had used Netstore, and they excelled, as I had ordered the wrong plugs for the cable, and instead of just sending out, they spotted the issue and rang me to ask if it was what I had intended, as it was a mistake they changed the plug order and stated that they would refund any change in cost if appropriate. Well done and many thanks, good product and good service.”

“Great service. I was called by customer service promptly to let me know that part of my order was out of stock and to let me what alternatives there were or if I wanted still proceed with the order. Definitely would recommend Netstore Direct.”
