“I ordered CAT6a ends but physically cannot get the 8 core wires through the tiny plastic loading bar. I had emailed to ask if there was any tool available for this but was only sent a link to a YouTube video showing me how to crimp ends that were not the same as the ones I ordered. I would like to have hoped to get information back pertaining directly to the parts I ordered. Aside from this, the delivery was very quick and I would order again. Thanks, Colin Close”

“Excellent service from a company I hadn't used before but will recommend. I needed the items urgently for a major project. The staff kept me up to date regarding availability and delivery; we got what we needed and the project is a success. (Unlike another online supplier who could not have been less helpful if they tried - moral - use UK suppliers with real people on a telephone!”

“Ordered some grey ethernet cable online. They rang to say they were out of grey and to offer alternative colours. It was fine because the colour wasn't that important to me so I changed to blue. It arrived next day.”
