Many thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the delivery time. Your order was placed during the Christmas period while our offices were closed as clearly advertised, so the delay due to office closures, and pubic holidays were unfortunately unavoidable.

“Cat5 cables were delivered fast and as accurate as display, my customer (the Wife!) was over the moon that the cables are now "unfitting" with the decor of the two rooms (her sewing, office and computer room) & the other being the kitchen with Cat5 attached to Radio from the TP-Link. Excellent, cost & silvery a credit to any company.”

“Ordered a cable on Thursday evening which I needed by Saturday so paid for next day delivery on the assumption it was next day. What the website failed to mention was next day actually meant next working day so the cable didn't arrive until Monday. I left a note for net store direct about the misleading info and heard nothing back so guess they couldn't care either way. I gave 3 starts because I had no issue with the product itself but I probably wouldn't use them as my first choice in the future.”

Many thanks for your review. I’m sorry that you feel our service fell short of your expectations. The website clearly states on both the checkout page that the delivery is ‘Next working day’ and that orders placed after 5:15 will be processed the following day. We’re glad to hear that the item was received on Monday though as it should have.

“I have no complaints with Netstore - they were helpful when the mouse I bought from them failed - got it replaced . BUT - the courier company ( interlink express ) are a disaster - they just turn up when they like / no notice on both occasions - leave a redelivery / collect card - my nearest depot was 30 miles ! Netstore will loose custom if they continue to use such a poor courier - see reviews of Interlink”
